Berlin Christmas Dinner at Restaurant Spindler

Dear alumni, dear friends,

We cordially invite you to our Christmas Dinner in Berlin on Wednesday, 7 December 2022. We have made a reservation for up to 30 people at Restaurant Spindler, Paul-Lincke-Ufer 43, 10999 Berlin. We will meet in the restaurant at 6.30 pm. 

The participation fee for each person is 69 €, which includes a three-course dinner:

Mushroom Consommé - wild mushrooms, winter truffle (vegan)

Deer - potato gratin with lardo, shiitake, spinach, turnip cabbage, gin sauce

or

BBQ Selleriac - slow roasted & grilled selleriac steak mushrooms, laphroig cream, pepper- selleriac-jus (vegan)

Poached Pear - Brittany shortbread, lemon confit, vanilla-lime-yoghurt „hang up“, yoghurt sorbet

In case you have any allergy or food intolerance, plse include this information as comment in your registration. Kindly note, that drinks during the dinner are not included and will be paid by each participant individually.  

Please register by Wednesday, 30 November 2022, and choose whether you wish to eat the deer or vegan option as main dish.

We ask you to either pay by Paypal or provide us a SEPA direct debit mandate. If you pay by Paypal to info@lsealumni.de, you need to transfer your payment by latest 30 November 2022 to secure your place.

If you cancel your registration up to 30 November 2022, we will refund your fee.
