LSE Alumni Oktoberfest Event

Dear Alumni, dear Friends,

We cordially invite you to our LSE Alumni Oktoberfest Event on 26 September 2025.

We will start early enough to enjoy both two faces of the unique atmosphere of Oktoberfest („Wiesn“ in Bavarian), which gradually transformed from a (rather) family friendly fun fair in the morning into a raging beer party at night.

We will meet at Café am Beethovenplatz at 12 pm (noon) for coffee, to gather the group and hand out the entry bracelets for “Alte Wiesn.”

We will then jointly walk to the Oktoberfest together and take our reserved seats at the “Festzelt Tradition”. It is unique for its traditional atmosphere with folk dances traditional Bavarian performances like Schuhplattler, Goaßlschnalzen and more. We have reserved seats from 1 pm until 4 pm.

After 4 pm, we will have to leave our table. You can either stay in the main area of the tent and continue partying…
